尼勒克县新疆黑蜂蜂蜜矿物质含量数据集

尼勒克县地处伊犁河谷腹地,新疆黑蜂保护区生态环境无污染,蜜源植物非常丰富,气候凉爽,主要有牛至、百里香、密花香薷、一枝黄花、大蓟、牛蒡、党参、野薄荷、蒿苯、贝母、直齿荆芥等276种野生植物，独特的蜜源酿造高品质的蜂蜜，因此有必要探究新疆黑蜂蜂蜜营养成分含量。蜂蜜中矿物质成分含量因来源植物类型不同、来源地域不同而差异较大，因此有必要建立尼勒克地区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜矿物质元素含量数据集。本数据集是采集尼勒克地区7个产区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品，按照相关国家标准方法测定相关矿物质含量。Nilka County is situated in the hinterland of the Yili River Valley. The Xinjiang Black Bee Nature Reserve features a pollution-free ecological environment, rich nectar source plants and a cool climate. Its wild nectar source plants total 276 species, including oregano (Origanum vulgare), thyme (Thymus mongolicus), denseflower elsholtzia (Elsholtzia densa), Canada goldenrod (Solidago canadensis), Japanese thistle (Cirsium japonicum), greater burdock (Arctium lappa), pilose asiabell (Codonopsis pilosula), wild mint (Mentha arvensis), Chinese lovage (Ligusticum sinense), fritillary (Fritillaria cirrhosa) and linear catnip (Nepeta linearis), among others. The unique nectar sources yield high-quality honey, making it necessary to investigate the nutrient composition of Xinjiang Black Bee honey. The mineral content of honey varies significantly based on the source plant species and geographical origin, so it is imperative to establish a dataset of mineral element contents for Xinjiang Black Bee honey in the Nilka area. This dataset was developed by collecting honey samples of Xinjiang Black Bee from 7 producing regions in the Nilka area, and measuring their relevant mineral contents in accordance with relevant national standard methods.
