尼勒克县地处伊犁河谷腹地,新疆黑蜂保护区生态环境无污染,蜜源植物非常丰富,气候凉爽,主要有牛至、百里香、密花香薷、一枝黄花、大蓟、牛蒡、党参、野薄荷、蒿苯、贝母、直齿荆芥等276种野生植物，独特的蜜源酿造高品质的蜂蜜，因此有必要探究新疆黑蜂蜂蜜营养成分含量。氨基酸是一种营养物质，并且越来越多的研究表明，氨基酸及其部分代谢产物具有生物活性，能够调节机体生命活动。因此有必要建立尼勒克地区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜水解氨基酸含量数据集。本数据集是采集尼勒克地区7个产区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品，按照相关国家标准方法测定水解氨基酸含量。

Located in the hinterland of the Yili River Valley, Nilka County’s Xinjiang Black Bee Reserve features a pollution-free ecological environment, abundant nectar source plants and a cool climate. A total of 276 wild plant species grow here, including Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Thyme (Thymus vulgaris), Elsholtzia densa, Canada Goldenrod (Solidago canadensis), Japanese Thistle (Cirsium japonicum), Great Burdock (Arctium lappa), Pilose Asiabell (Codonopsis pilosula), Wild Mint (Mentha arvensis), Chinese Lovage (Ligusticum sinense), Fritillary (Fritillaria cirrhosa), Straightflower Catnip (Nepeta rectangula) and many other species. The unique nectar sources brew high-quality honey, so it is of great significance to investigate the nutrient composition of Xinjiang Black Bee honey. Amino acids are critical nutritional components, and a growing body of research has demonstrated that amino acids and certain of their metabolites exhibit biological activities capable of regulating vital physiological processes in organisms. Accordingly, it is necessary to construct a dataset of hydrolyzed amino acid content in Xinjiang Black Bee honey collected from the Nilka region. This dataset was developed by collecting honey samples from Xinjiang Black Bees across 7 production regions in Nilka County, and measuring their hydrolyzed amino acid content in accordance with relevant national standard test methods.
