尼勒克县新疆黑蜂蜂蜜理化指标数据集

尼勒克县地处伊犁河谷腹地,新疆黑蜂保护区生态环境无污染,蜜源植物非常丰富,气候凉爽,主要有牛至、百里香、密花香薷、一枝黄花、大蓟、牛蒡、党参、野薄荷、蒿苯、贝母、直齿荆芥等276种野生植物，独特的蜜源酿造高品质的蜂蜜，因此有必要探究新疆黑蜂蜂蜜营养成分含量。蜂蜜中理化指标是评价蜂蜜质量的重要手段，因此有必要建立尼勒克地区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜理化指标数据集。本数据集是采集尼勒克地区7个产区新疆黑蜂蜂蜜样品，按照相关国家标准方法测定相关理化指标含量。

Nilka County is situated in the hinterland of the Yili River Valley. The Xinjiang Black Bee Reserve boasts a pollution-free ecological environment, abundant nectar sources and a cool climate, with as many as 276 species of wild plants including Origanum vulgare, Thymus vulgaris, Elsholtzia densiflora, Solidago canadensis, Cirsium japonicum, Arctium lappa, Codonopsis pilosula, Mentha arvensis, Ligusticum sinense, Fritillaria cirrhosa and Nepeta recta. The unique nectar resources enable the production of high-quality honey, hence it is necessary to investigate the nutrient composition of Xinjiang black bee honey. Since physicochemical indicators are critical for evaluating honey quality, it is imperative to establish a physicochemical indicator dataset of Xinjiang black bee honey in the Nilka region. This dataset collects honey samples of Xinjiang black bees from 7 producing areas in Nilka, and measures the contents of relevant physicochemical indicators in accordance with corresponding national standard methods.
