收藏资源简介:
In the case of resolution of denationalisation cases at local courts — Article 5 of the ZDen, I send you two tables and their reasoning regarding the 36th monitoring of statistical data at district courts. The tables submitted show that 41 district courts (Ajdovščina, Brežice, Celje, Cerknica, Črnomelj, Domžale, Gornja Radgona, Grosuplje, Idrija, Ilirska Bistrica, Jesenice, Kamnik, Koper, Kočevje, Kranj, Krško Lenart, Lendava, Litija, Ljutomer, Murska Sobota, Nova Gorica, Novo mesto, Ormož, Piran, Postojna, Ptuj, Sežana, Sevnica, Slovenska Bistrica, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenj Gradec, Slovenske Konjice, Šentjur, Škofja Loka, Šmarje pri Jelšah, Tolmin, Trbovlje, Trebnje, Velenje Vrhnika and Žalec have already completed their final settlement of claims under Article 5 of the ZDen. The proportion of cases finally closed in courts is 99.6 % in relation to all denationalisation cases filed (minus the assigned application). According to the information provided by the courts, they had the status of 30. 6. 2021, a total of 5 pending cases. The number of pending cases has decreased by 2 since the previous follow-up. Only at the District Court in Maribor, the percentage of cases finally closed is less than 90 % (i.e. 87 %), the other courts finally closed with 96 % or more of the proceedings. Of the 44 district courts, two other courts have pending denationalisation procedures (Ljubljana 4 cases and Radovljica 1 case), while Maribor no longer has pending cases, but not all decisions issued are final.
