VPRS 17400 Aerial Photographs of Victorian Railway Line Sections

This series was created by Victorian Railways to check and track assets and changes along the Victorian rail corridors.The photographs are a series of aerial runs along the corridors over a period of forty-two years that show changes over time along the rail corridors e.g.; extended/changed rail lines; track works; drainage works; buildings; housing density etc.In addition to the image, each photograph records the date it was taken, the line it was taken along, the location along the line in either miles and chains or kilometre points, and a photograph number.本数据集系列由维多利亚铁路公司（Victorian Railways）创建，用于核查并追踪维多利亚州铁路沿线的资产与线路变化。该组照片为历时42年沿铁路廊道开展的一系列航拍航次影像，完整展示了铁路沿线随时间推移产生的各类变化，例如：延伸或改建的铁路线路、轨道工程、排水工程、沿线建筑以及住宅密度等。每张照片除包含影像内容外，还附带记录了拍摄日期、所属航拍线路、沿线位置（以英里与测链或公里标标注）以及照片编号。
