UNDERSTANDING THE REPEAT CHANGING-LOOK AGN NGC 1566

We propose a deep 200 ks NuSTAR observations of the nearby (z 0.005) repeatchanginglook AGN NGC 1566 as it returns to quiescence, simultaneous with a 10ks XMMNewton exposure, to complete the Xray picture of this unique source.With this observation, we will follow the properties of the Xray corona as thesource transitions back to a Seyfert 2, combining this with Swift monitoring totrack the evolution of the accretion disk.
