Frequency Response Functions (FRF) obtained for Sandvik CoroBore® 825 XL mounted at WHN 13-15 TOS VARNSDORF CNC machine at the minimum extension of the spindle adaptor. Tool set to bore a hole with a diameter 733mm The tool was excited with modal hammer consecutively in the direction of accelerometer A18, A21, A22, A29. Responses were measured using 15 accelerometers mounted as on Fig. 1. 40 hammer impacts for each direction were performed. FRF was calculated using H3 estimator from NI LabView Sound & Vibration toolkit. Obvious disruptions in data (“peaks” resulting from the CNC control systems and drive, electromagnetic interference etc.) were removed. Figure 1. 本数据集包含安装于WHN 13-15 TOS VARNSDORF数控(CNC)机床上的山特维克CoroBore® 825 XL镗刀在主轴适配器最小伸出工况下测得的频率响应函数(Frequency Response Functions, FRF),该刀具用于镗削直径733mm的孔。 实验采用模态锤沿加速度计A18、A21、A22、A29的方向依次对刀具进行激励,按图1所示布置的15只加速度计采集响应信号;每个激励方向完成40次锤击实验。 本数据集采用NI LabView Sound & Vibration工具包中的H3估计器计算得到FRF数据,并已剔除数据中存在的明显干扰(如CNC控制系统与传动系统产生的峰值、电磁干扰等)。 图1为山特维克CoroBore 825 XL镗刀的结构示意图,标注了单轴加速度计的安装位置;黑色箭头表示加速度测量的正向方向,浅色标记的加速度计被工件遮挡。 测量设备参数如下: - 模态锤:PCB 086C03,量程±2224N - 加速度计:DJB A/120/V,量程±75g - 模态锤通过外部IEPE调节器连接至NI PXI 6221数据采集(DAQ)卡(16位模数转换器(ADC)) - 加速度计连接至NI PXI 4496 IEPE数据采集卡(24位模数转换器) 采样频率为10 kHz。 数据集文件包括A18_FRF.txt、A21_FRF.txt、A22_FRF.txt、A29_FRF.txt,均为UTF-8编码的纯文本文件,数据按列排布,各列含义如下: 1. 第1列:频率 2. 第2~16列:A18至A31共15只加速度计对应的FRF幅值,单位为[(m/s²)/N] 3. 第17~32列:对应加速度计的FRF相位,单位为[°] 4. 第33~46列:对应加速度计的FRF相干系数 本测量数据为波兰国家研究与发展中心资助项目TANGO1/266350/NCBR/2015的研究成果,该项目主题为「多轴加工中心大型工件切削过程监测用机电一体化方案应用」。本次在WHN 13-15 TOS VARNSDORF台式铣镗CNC机床上开展的实验研究,得益于与波兰图霍拉市PHS HYDROTOR公司的合作。
