Macrophage sequencing

Macrophages play great role in diseases, e.g., atherosclerosis. Meanwhile, the microenvironment of macrophages in atherosclerosis is complex. Studies have focused on aspect of their microenvironment such as biophysical factors and biochemical factors. Therefore, studying the synergistic effect of biochemical factors and biophysical factors may be crucial. Here we studied how matrix stiffness and ox-LDL synergistically affected cellular behaviors of macrophages via miRNAs in vitro.
