DSi – Special Plans of Construction – grubbing-line plan, contour

This dataset contains the digital vectorial version of all contours of grubbing-line plans associated with special plans of construction. Each plan is defined by its contour. This contour covers the geometric enveloping of all the containing layers of the plan. Conceptually, it has been decided to draw a buffer around any line elements that do not occur within a ground plane to allow it to be incorporated within the surrounding contour. This plan contour layer includes the administrative data of the plan in the attributes.
