Protection backdrop of moor and moor soils

The protection backdrop of the moor and bog soils serves to implement the permanent grassland conservation law (DGLG) and for application within the framework of the common agricultural policy (CAP) of the European Union in relation to the standard GAEC 2 (protection of wetlands and moors). The map of the moor and bog soils shows areas according to DGLG § 3(1), sentence 1, 6 and 7 as well as in accordance with the GAEC 2 standard of the CAP as an orientation. It serves the agricultural administration in the implementation of the regulations and provides farmers with information about the documents used to examine the applications. The minimum requirements for belonging to the backdrop of the moor and bog soils are as follows: In the floor up to 40 cm below hallway there is a layer of at least 10 cm thick with at least 15 % humus. This percentage corresponds to the soil history criteria for an angular soil, for moor soils 30 % humus are required at a width of 30 cm. It should be noted that, according to the definition, the humus-rich layer does not necessarily have to be located on the terrain surface. The map was derived from existing information bases and secured by sampling and laboratory analysis. It is not differentiated according to anmoor and moor, nor according to the thickness of the humous layers. Contiguous areas > 2 ha are shown. Exceptions apply to areas related to content that are separated by topographical elements such as roads and rivers. For them, the sum of the individual areas must be > 2 ha. The map is not limited to the agricultural area but shows the moors and moors of all uses.泥炭地与沼泽土壤的保护基底，用于落实永久草原保护法（DGLG），并服务于欧盟共同农业政策（CAP）框架下针对GAEC 2标准（湿地与泥炭地保护）的相关申请工作。 本泥炭地与沼泽土壤分布图依据DGLG第3条第1款第1、6、7项，以及欧盟共同农业政策（CAP）的GAEC 2标准划定相关区域，作为参考依据。该图可为农业行政部门落实相关法规提供支持，并向农户提供用于审查申请的相关文件信息。纳入泥炭地与沼泽土壤保护基底的最低要求如下：在地表以下40厘米范围内，存在至少10厘米厚、腐殖质含量不低于15%的土层。该含量阈值对应棱柱状土壤的土壤发生学判定标准；对于泥炭地土壤，则要求30厘米土层内腐殖质含量不低于30%。需注意，根据定义，富腐殖质土层未必位于地表。本图基于现有信息库生成，并通过采样与实验室分析进行验证。该图未区分低位泥炭地（anmoor）与高位泥炭地（moor），也未按腐殖质层厚度进行分级。 本图仅展示连片面积大于2公顷的区域。对于被道路、河流等地形要素分隔的相关地块，可适用例外规则：此类分散地块的总面积需大于2公顷。本图不限于农业用地范围，而是涵盖所有利用类型下的泥炭地与沼泽地。
