NPP Cernavoda 3/4 Bilateral Consultation

Within the announcement of the EIA/ESPOO procedure for the construction of NPP Cernavoda Unit 3 and 4 Romania has invited Austria in 2007 to participate. The Austrian Institute of Ecology was assigned by the Federal Environmental Agency to Elaborate an Expert Statement to the EIA report.在罗马尼亚切尔纳沃达3号、4号核电机组（Nuclear Power Plant, NPP）环境影响评估（Environmental Impact Assessment, EIA）/埃斯波（ESPOO）程序的公告范畴内，罗马尼亚于2007年邀请奥地利参与该项目。奥地利生态研究所（Austrian Institute of Ecology）受奥地利联邦环境署委托，为该EIA报告编制专家意见书。
