Security check record of foreign nationals

Only persons and foreign citizens who fulfil the general conditions laid down by law and the general acts of the employer and for whom there are no safety concerns may work in a controlled facility or space, physically controlled facility or area and vital nuclear facility or area. Security concerns shall be identified by means of a security check. Security checks on foreign nationals shall be carried out by the Ministry of the Interior prior to commencing work in the area, facility or space referred to in the preceding paragraph or in the transport of nuclear materials, and thereafter every five years, as long as it carries out work in that facility or during transport.仅符合法律规定的一般条件、雇主通用规章制度，且不存在安全隐患的人员及外籍公民，方可在受控设施或场所、物理受控设施或区域以及核心核设施或区域内开展工作。安全隐患需通过安全审查予以甄别确认。针对外籍人员的安全审查，需由内政部在其开始前款提及的区域、设施或场所内的工作，或开始核材料运输工作前完成；且在其仍于该设施内工作或从事相关运输工作期间，需每五年进行一次复查。
