磁悬浮转子轴心轨迹故障诊断数据集主要面向磁悬浮转子在四种故障模式下的轴向轨迹进行特征识别、故障诊断实验研究,包括转子正常旋转、转子不平衡、转子碰撞、转子摩擦以及转子冲击轴心轨迹数据。基于武汉理工大学柔性磁悬浮转子实验平台,数据由德国米铱电涡流位移传感器采集,记录了不同故障模式下的磁悬浮转子轴心轨迹振动数据以及相应的经验模态分解向量数据,数据量4.42 MB。
The magnetically suspended rotor shaft center trajectory fault diagnosis dataset is developed for feature recognition and fault diagnosis experimental research on the axial trajectories of magnetically suspended rotors under four fault modes. It contains shaft center trajectory data of the rotor under normal rotation and four fault conditions: rotor unbalance, rotor collision, rotor friction, and rotor impact. Collected based on the flexible magnetically suspended rotor experimental platform of Wuhan University of Technology, the dataset was acquired using German Micro-Epsilon eddy current displacement sensors. It records both the vibration data of the shaft center trajectories of magnetically suspended rotors under different working conditions and the corresponding empirical mode decomposition (EMD) vector data, with a total data size of 4.42 MB.
