Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Energy transition 2022 search areas sun and wind RES 1.0

Data set for the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Energy Transition 2022 adopted by the Depute States on 4 October 2022. This is a plan-m.e.r. associated with the Revision Environmental Policy module Energy Transition adopted by Provinciale Staten on 14 December 2022.

The aim of this EIA is to provide insight into the environmental impacts of the integration of future development of wind and solar energy within the search areas of the Regional Energy Strategy (RES) 1.0 so that they can be weighted when defining the Energy Transition module.

Includes all surfaces from RES 1.0, including existing and reserve search areas. The duplicates from the supplied version have been removed. Extra added is a flat in the Hoeksche Waard for Cosun Solar Park Puttershoek. This was already finished and already mentioned in the RES report alone not shown on map. Each search area has a unique identifier (field: ID_search area_ZW). The Legend-PZH field contains a harmonised legend.

本数据集为2022年10月4日由省代表议会（Depute States）通过的《2022年能源转型环境影响评价（Environmental Impact Assessment）》配套数据集，与2022年12月14日由省议会（Provinciale Staten）通过的《能源转型环境政策修订模块》相关的plan-m.e.r.配套。

本次环境影响评价的目标是，明晰区域能源战略（Regional Energy Strategy, RES）1.0划定的选址区域内，风电与太阳能未来开发整合所产生的环境影响，以便在确定能源转型模块相关内容时对其进行加权评估。

数据集涵盖区域能源战略1.0中的全部用地范围，包含现有及储备选址区域。已移除本次提供版本中的重复条目，并新增了胡克瑟瓦尔德（Hoeksche Waard）区域内用于科孙太阳能园区普特肖分园（Cosun Solar Park Puttershoek）的地块。该地块已建成完工，虽已在RES报告中提及，但未在地图中标注。每个选址区域均配有唯一标识符（字段名：ID_search area_ZW），Legend-PZH字段包含统一规范的图例。
