本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品为患者疾病标志物筛选，疾病标志物筛选是通过多维度生物数据挖掘，筛选和识别与特定疾病相关的生物标志物，为生物检测企业提供新的检测目标和方法。

The data source of this medical data product is the hospital information system data of Pu'er City. This project collected complete medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and lower-level medical institutions. The collected data covers various types such as the front page of medical records, electronic medical records, examination and test reports, medical orders, expense details, expense settlement, and medical insurance settlement. After data governance and processing, high-quality medical data products are formed. This data product is designed for patient disease biomarker screening. Disease biomarker screening refers to screening and identifying biomarkers associated with specific diseases through multi-dimensional biological data mining, so as to provide new detection targets and methods for biological testing enterprises.
