Coding sequences obtained from Ensembl via BLASTn. Re-aligned as translated amino acids via MUSCLE in Aliview. Species were run against each other one at a time - data from each comparison were collected and entered into Microsoft Excel to create this table.本表格汇总了DnaSP软件的Ka/Ks分析结果。数据集仅聚焦于具有研究价值的Ka/Ks值，同时统计了全序列范围内Ka/Ks值大于1的数值总数量。编码序列通过BLASTn工具从Ensembl数据库获取。首先将编码序列翻译为氨基酸序列，随后借助Aliview软件内置的MUSCLE算法完成多重序列重比对。物种间采用逐一两两比对的方式开展分析，将每一组比对所得的数据收集后录入Microsoft Excel，最终生成本表格。
