数据集源自中缅管道超高清磁电复合内检测现场示范应用数据,包含由管体上的各种缺陷、管道附件以及管道壁厚变化等信息。数据经专业软件后处理与人工复核分析,明确各缺陷检测结果,最终以 Excel 格式呈现。本管线钢腐蚀速度电化学传感器复杂土壤腐蚀环境因素腐蚀作用机理测试数据集,资源来源为复杂土壤腐蚀模拟试验场及野外典型土壤环境布设的管线钢腐蚀速度电化学传感器;产生背景是管线钢在不同土壤类型(如酸性土壤、碱性土壤、盐渍土、沼泽土等)的pH值、含盐量、含水率、氧化还原电位等复杂因素耦合作用下,腐蚀机理呈现多样性与复杂性,现有研究对多因素协同腐蚀作用规律的认知尚不充分,需系统的实测数据支撑;数据意义在于为揭示复杂土壤环境下各腐蚀因素对管线钢的作用机制、建立多因素耦合腐蚀动力学模型、优化针对性防腐技术方案提供关键数据基础,对提升土壤环境中管线钢腐蚀风险管控能力具有重要科学与工程价值。该数据集主要面向复杂土壤环境管线钢腐蚀机理研究、油气管道土壤腐蚀防护技术研发需求建设,基于复杂土壤腐蚀环境观测站部署的电化学腐蚀速度传感器、土壤pH传感器、土壤盐分传感器、土壤水分传感器、氧化还原电位传感器等产生,主要记录了管线钢腐蚀速度(mm/a)腐蚀电流密度(μA/cm²)、电化学阻抗谱参数等实测值,数据量达30MB。
This dataset is derived from field demonstration application data of ultra-high-definition magnetoelectric composite internal inspection for the China-Myanmar Oil and Gas Pipeline. It contains information including various defects on the pipe body, pipeline accessories, and changes in pipe wall thickness. The data was post-processed with professional software and analyzed via manual review to confirm all defect detection results, and finally presented in Excel format.
This test dataset is dedicated to studying the corrosion mechanism of pipeline steel under complex soil corrosion environments, with data collected via electrochemical sensors for pipeline steel corrosion rate. Its data sources are electrochemical sensors for pipeline steel corrosion rate deployed in a complex soil corrosion simulation test site and typical field soil environments. The background for its development is that under the coupled effects of complex factors such as pH value, salt content, moisture content, and redox potential of different soil types (e.g., acidic soil, alkaline soil, saline soil, bog soil, etc.), the corrosion mechanism of pipeline steel exhibits significant diversity and complexity. Existing studies have insufficient understanding of the law of multi-factor synergistic corrosion, thus requiring systematic measured data for support. The significance of this dataset lies in providing a critical data foundation for revealing the action mechanisms of various corrosion factors on pipeline steel in complex soil environments, establishing multi-factor coupled corrosion kinetic models, and optimizing targeted anti-corrosion technical schemes. It holds important scientific and engineering value for improving the corrosion risk management and control capabilities of pipeline steel in soil environments. This dataset was constructed primarily to meet the research needs of corrosion mechanism studies on pipeline steel in complex soil environments and the R&D of soil corrosion protection technologies for oil and gas pipelines. It is generated based on sensors deployed in complex soil corrosion environment observation stations, including electrochemical corrosion rate sensors, soil pH sensors, soil salinity sensors, soil moisture sensors, and redox potential sensors. It mainly records measured values such as pipeline steel corrosion rate (mm/a), corrosion current density (μA/cm²), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy parameters, with a total data volume of 30 MB.
