Biochemical Reconstitution of UV-induced Mutational Processes

This dataset is associated with the paper entitled "Biochemical Reconstitution of UV-induced Mutational Processes", which is published in Nucleic Acid Research in 2019."Fastq.zip" contains all fastaq raw data files that have been used in the paper. Each fastaq file name contains NGS ID (18G, 17E etc) and barcode # (BCxx). These identifications match with Table S2 of the paper, which summarizes experimental conditions. "NGS Protocol 3.4.docx" is our laboratory protocol for basic analysis of our NGS data. This protocol is designed for new student to setup software and compute mutation frequency from fastaq data. Protocol uses three Excel template files with macro, which are also included in this dataset. The protocol and macros are designed for the specific data analysis, not for general use. Macro works only for specific template sequences used in the paper.
