Water is a substance that is abundantly available in nature. It is an essential component of all living organisms, including animals, plants, and the Earth's biotic component. It is also a crucial component of human, animal, and animal life. Water, the biological source of life on this planet, is being adversely affected by human activities, both in quality and quantity. Water pollution due to human activities is as old as the hills, but ever-increasing industrialization, urbanization, and development activities have adversely affected water. A significant cause of aquatic ecosystem pollution is industry, which adversely impacts water with various types of waste produced. Water is largely used for irrigation, industry, and municipal purposes. To ensure adequate water quality and quantity for these purposes, it is crucial to monitor water supplies. For any purpose, the following factors must be considered for water supply: • Available water quantity. • The variation in quality and quantity according to the seasons. • The analysis of water, especially considering its chemical, physical, and biological characteristics. • The impact of industrial waste, sewage, etc. on water quality. • The cost of achieving consistent water quality and quantity.
