An endophytic fungus of ascomycetous origin Phomopsis sp. (KX349881) secreted laccase (one of the cell-wall degrading enzyme) and was irradiated with sub-lethal dose of gamma radiation (1.2 kGy) with an objective to improve the fungal strain for laccase production.The mechanism forming the core of fungal strain improvement for laccase production was unraveled by molecular and mutation studies of the laccase gene.一株源自子囊菌的内生真菌拟茎点霉属（Phomopsis sp.）菌株（KX349881）可分泌漆酶（laccase，一种细胞壁降解酶）。为优化该真菌菌株以提升漆酶产量，研究人员对其施加了1.2 kGy的亚致死剂量γ射线辐照。后续通过对漆酶基因的分子与突变研究，阐明了该菌株用于提升漆酶产量的核心改良机制。
