The regulation of transcriptome in HCC cells by SRSF10 [Huh7_shSRSF10_RNAseq]

We investigated the impact of SRSF10 knockdown on transcriptome in HCC cells through RNA-seq assays we analyzed gene expression profiles using RNA-seq assays in Huh7 cells with downregulated SRSF10本研究通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）实验，探究了SRSF10敲低对肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC）细胞转录组的影响；同时针对SRSF10表达下调的Huh7细胞，采用RNA-seq技术分析其基因表达谱。
