云南省普洱市-卫生-患者高血脂检测数据产品

本数据产品数据来源为普洱市医院信息系统数据，项目收集了普洱市66家医疗机构（5家三级医疗机构、30家二级医疗机构、31家一级及以下医疗机构）的全病历数据，涵盖病案首页、电子病历、检查检验报告、医嘱、费用明细、费用结算、医保结算等数据，再进行数据治理、加工形成高质量的医疗数据产品。本数据产品基于所有医疗诊疗记录，构建高血脂分析和检测模型，通过分析疾病特征、影响因子、病症指标等，诊断是否为高血脂患者。

This medical data product is sourced from the Hospital Information System (HIS) data of Pu'er City. The project collected comprehensive medical record data from 66 medical institutions in Pu'er City, including 5 tertiary medical institutions, 30 secondary medical institutions, and 31 primary and below-level medical institutions. The collected data covers medical record homepages, Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), examination and laboratory test reports, medical orders, expense breakdowns, fee settlements, and medical insurance settlement data. After undergoing data governance and processing, a high-quality medical data product is formed. Based on all the collected medical diagnosis and treatment records, this data product constructs a hyperlipidemia analysis and detection model, which diagnoses whether a patient suffers from hyperlipidemia by analyzing disease characteristics, influencing factors, clinical indicators and other relevant contents.
