本数据集源自国家重点研发计划智能机器人重点专项“面向织物行业机器人自动化关键技术及应用示范”项目(课题编号:2022YFB4700601)。数据集完整记录了一体化综合信息集成和管控技术从研发理论到实施运行及验收验证的全过程。内容主要包含三部分:(1)理论架构设计:涵盖异构多机器人协同管控的六层架构图、管控流程图及核心技术说明;(2)现场运行日志:采集自2025年7月至10月山东淄博产线现场,包含设备接入、状态上报与管控指令交互的毫秒级实时数据;(3)量化验收数据:包含第三方权威机构出具的验收及环境检测报告,核心指标包括样品自动化率(92.6%)、洁净度(10万级)及设备可靠性等。该数据集数据真实有效,适用于验证工业4.0产线集成的技术可行性及异构多机器人协同调度算法的实证研究。
This dataset originates from the Key Special Project of Intelligent Robots of the National Key R&D Program of China, titled "Key Technologies and Application Demonstration of Robot Automation for the Textile Industry" (Project No. 2022YFB4700601). This dataset fully documents the entire process of the integrated comprehensive information integration and control technology, from the research and development theory to implementation, operation and acceptance verification. The content mainly includes three parts: (1) Theoretical Architecture Design: covering the six-layer architecture diagram for collaborative control of heterogeneous multi-robots, control flow charts and core technical descriptions; (2) On-site Operation Logs: collected from July to October 2025 at the production line site in Zibo, Shandong Province, including millisecond-level real-time data of equipment access, status reporting and control instruction interaction; (3) Quantitative Acceptance Data: including acceptance and environmental inspection reports issued by third-party authoritative institutions, with core indicators including sample automation rate (92.6%), cleanliness level (Class 100,000) and equipment reliability, etc. This dataset has authentic and valid data, and is suitable for verifying the technical feasibility of Industry 4.0 production line integration and empirical research on collaborative scheduling algorithms for heterogeneous multi-robots.
