The supervision and inspection fee calculation for hydraulic freight elevators is determined based on specific elevator attributes including rated load capacity, rated speed, number of floors, stations and doors, and other factors, to calculate the exact inspection fee amount. This method can provide a reasonable charging basis for elevator users and a convenient and accurate charging standard for elevator inspection institutions.
1. Data Collection: Collect parameters such as the rated load capacity, rated speed, number of elevator floors, stations and doors, and inspection type of hydraulic freight elevators.
2. Data Processing: First, determine the rated speed coefficient (vx) according to the following rules: when rated speed v ≤ 1, vx = 0; when 1 < v ≤ 1.75, vx = 0.1; when 1.75 < v ≤ 2.5, vx = 0.15; when v > 2.5, vx = 2. Then determine the rated load capacity coefficient (tx) as follows: when rated load t ≤ 1000, tx = 0; when 1000 < t ≤ 2000, tx = 0.1; when t > 2000, tx = 0.15. The inspection type coefficient is set as: 2 for supervision inspection during installation, 1.5 for supervision inspection during modification and major overhaul. The import coefficient is 1.5 for imported elevators and 1 for domestic elevators.
3. Algorithm Application for Calculation: The actual collected supervision and inspection fee for hydraulic freight elevators is calculated as: Actual Fee = (Charging Standard × (1 + Rated Load Coefficient + Rated Speed Coefficient) + (Max(Floors, Stations, Doors) - 5) × 80) × Inspection Type Coefficient × Other Situation Coefficient × Import Coefficient. Where, if the maximum value among the three parameters of floors, stations and doors is less than 5, it shall be calculated as 5. The Other Situation Coefficient is defined as: multiply by 1.5 if the elevator is also an explosion-proof elevator, multiply by 1.2 if it is also an automobile elevator, and take 1 if there are no other special situations.
