为了研究钛合金高速干式切削机理,开展了高速干式切削钛合金薄壁件实验研究,获取了刀具磨损原始数据,切削力仿真实验数据。数据集采集的地点黑龙江省哈尔滨市南岗区学府路52号哈尔滨理工大学高效切削及刀具国家地方联合工程实验室。铣削实验在VDL-1000E三轴数控机床上进行,三向切削力通过Kistler 9139AA奇士乐压电测力仪测得,刀具磨损的测量仪器为基恩士VHX-5000超景深显微镜,已加工表面粗糙度的测试仪器是SRT220手持粗糙度仪,工件变形位移的测试仪器是基恩士LK-G5001激光位移传感器。数据量为0.67MB。
To investigate the mechanism of high-speed dry cutting of titanium alloys, experimental studies on high-speed dry cutting of titanium alloy thin-walled parts were conducted, and raw tool wear data and experimental data for cutting force simulation were obtained. The dataset was collected at the National-Local Joint Engineering Laboratory of High-Efficiency Cutting and Tools, Harbin University of Science and Technology, No. 52 Xuefu Road, Nangang District, Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. The milling experiments were performed on a VDL-1000E three-axis CNC machine tool. The three-directional cutting forces were measured using a Kistler 9139AA piezoelectric dynamometer. Tool wear was measured with a Keyence VHX-5000 ultra-deep field microscope. The surface roughness of the machined workpiece was tested with an SRT220 handheld roughness tester, and the deformation and displacement of the workpiece were detected by a Keyence LK-G5001 laser displacement sensor. The total size of the dataset is 0.67 MB.
