Development Plan Niendorf 41 1st Amendment Hamburg

In § 2 of the Ordinance on the development plan Niendorf 41 of 20 August 1968 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt page 203), the following point 3 is added:
"3. Retail establishments shall not be permitted in respect of the industrial area referred to as 'A' in the annexed master plan; this does not apply to the newly formed parcels 7347 and 8193 of the Niendorf district. Furthermore, in the area designated by "A", exceptions for arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of §33i of the Trade Regulations, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without the possibility of profit, are excluded."

1968年8月20日发布的《Niendorf 41开发规划条例》（载于《汉堡法律与法规公报》第203页）第2条新增如下第3项：
“3. 附件总平面图中标记为‘A’的工业区内，不得设置零售场所；本规定不适用于Niendorf街区新增的7347号与8193号地块。此外，在标记为‘A’的区域内，《商业条例》第33i条所定义的拱廊及同类业态，其用途为安装无论是否具有营利可能性的游戏设备，其所适用的例外情形不予适用。”
