Development Plan Rahlstedt 7 1st Amendment Hamburg

The law on the development plan Rahlstedt 7 of 16. December 1966 (HmbGVBl. 292), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 499), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Act on the Rahlstedt 7 Development Plan" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(4), the following sentences are added:
"Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall be prohibited. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing is permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
