Development plan Tonndorf 3 1st amendment Hamburg

The Tonndorf 3 Development Plan Act of 26 June 1964 (HmbGVBl. p. 139), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 497), is amended as follows:
1. The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Tonndorf 3 Development Plan Act" is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(3), the following sentences are added:
"Retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted in the industrial areas. By way of exception, retail trades in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing are permitted. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’

1964年6月26日颁布的《通多夫3号开发计划法案（Tonndorf 3 Development Plan Act）》（刊载于《汉堡法律公报（HmbGVBl.）》第139页），经1997年11月4日修订（修订内容刊载于《汉堡法律公报（HmbGVBl.）》第494、495、497页），现作如下修改：
1. 于本法中增设所附之《〈通多夫3号开发计划法案〉修订条例附件》。
2. 在第2条第3款中增设如下条款：
"工业区域内不得设立邮购机构以外的零售场所。例外情形下，与手工业及制造业结合的零售业务可获许可。适用1990年1月23日版本、并经1993年4月22日最后一次修订的《建筑使用条例》，该条例最初刊载于《联邦法律公报第一辑》第133页，1993年的修订内容刊载于《联邦法律公报第一辑》第466、479页。"
