本数据集内的参数是基于行业标准、设备特性和长期生产实践,通过经验归纳、实验优化采集而得。以下为采集的三个关键工艺的技术标准:圆织机工艺配丝技术要求标准、塑料拉丝工艺技术要求标准、覆膜生产工艺技术要求标准。其中,圆织配丝算法:基于卷布宽度,通过固定公式(如宽丝数量=卷布宽度×7)计算各类丝线数量,并遵循恒定的宽细丝比例与差异化的设备速比配置,确保织物结构稳定;塑料拉丝工艺技术要求标准建立针对不同产品规格的温度曲线控制模型与原料配方模型,通过精确的温控梯度与物料配比,保证丝锭的力学性能与质量稳定性;覆膜生产工艺技术要求标准根据覆膜类型(如普覆、彩覆)设定对应的分层温度曲线与牵引参数,形成以目标克重为导向的标准化工艺控制数据。
The parameters in this dataset are collected through empirical induction and experimental optimization, based on industry standards, equipment characteristics and long-term production practices. The following are the technical standards for three key processes included in this dataset: 1) Technical requirements for yarn allocation of circular weaving machine process; 2) Technical requirements for plastic drawing process; 3) Technical requirements for lamination production process. Specifically, the circular weaving machine yarn allocation algorithm calculates the quantity of various yarns based on the fabric rolling width using fixed formulas (e.g., number of wide yarns = fabric rolling width ×7), and adheres to a constant ratio of wide to fine yarns and differential equipment speed ratio configurations to ensure a stable fabric structure. The technical requirements standard for the plastic drawing process establishes temperature profile control models and raw material formula models for different product specifications, and guarantees the mechanical properties and quality stability of yarn bobbins through precise temperature control gradients and material mixing ratios. The technical requirements standard for the lamination production process sets corresponding layered temperature profiles and traction parameters based on the lamination type (e.g., plain lamination, color lamination), and generates standardized process control data oriented towards the target gram weight.
