该数据集为杭州市第一人民医院在 2020–2025 年临床诊疗活动中形成的面肌痉挛专病数据集。数据涵盖患者人口学信息（性别、出生日期、婚姻状况）、就诊过程信息（入出院日期时间、主诉、现病史、既往史、专科检查、辅助检查）、诊断信息（ICD-10 编码及诊断名称）、医嘱与用药信息（医嘱项目内容、备注信息、药品名称、用药途径及剂型）、检验与检查信息（检查目的、检查所见、检查结果、检验及试验项目与结果），以及手术相关信息（手术日期、主手术名称、麻醉方法），覆盖面肌痉挛诊疗全流程数据要素。 数据集经脱敏与标准化处理，可作为人工智能算法与模型训练的重要数据基础，支持面肌痉挛的辅助诊断、疾病分型、手术疗效评估及临床决策支持系统建设，同时服务于真实世界研究、科研教学和专病精细化管理，推动神经系统疾病智能化诊疗与精准医疗应用。
This dataset is a hemifacial spasm-specific clinical dataset developed from the clinical diagnosis and treatment practices of Hangzhou First People's Hospital from 2020 to 2025. The dataset encompasses a full range of data elements across the entire diagnosis and treatment workflow of hemifacial spasm, including patient demographic information (gender, date of birth, marital status), outpatient and inpatient visit details (admission and discharge date and time, chief complaint, current medical history, past medical history, specialized physical examination, adjuvant examinations), diagnostic records (ICD-10 codes and diagnostic labels), medical orders and medication information (content of order items, remarks, drug names, administration routes and dosage forms), laboratory and imaging examination data (examination indications, findings, results, laboratory test items and their corresponding results), as well as surgery-related information (surgery date, primary surgery name, anesthesia protocol). After undergoing de-identification and standardization processing, this dataset serves as a critical data foundation for training artificial intelligence algorithms and models. It supports multiple applications related to hemifacial spasm, including auxiliary diagnosis, disease subtyping, surgical efficacy evaluation, and the development of clinical decision support systems (CDSS). Additionally, it supports real-world research, scientific teaching and research, and refined specialized disease management, thereby advancing the application of intelligent diagnosis and treatment and precision medicine for neurological disorders.
