This dataset is developed by statistically analyzing the production status of single-order products, including the total number of qualified products and the total number of defective products, where their sum equals the total production volume. Defective products are categorized into three types based on their failure causes: 1) Process-induced defective products, which are caused by parameters such as temperature and pressure during the production process; 2) Raw material-related defective products, which are caused by substandard raw materials; 3) Technical trial-manufacturing defective products, which are generated during parameter exploration trials in the product trial-manufacturing process for a specific order. Three scrap rates are calculated: the production process scrap rate (calculated as (number of process-induced defective products / total number of defective products) * 100%), the raw material-related scrap rate (calculated as (number of raw material-related defective products / total number of defective products) * 100%), and the technical trial-manufacturing scrap rate (calculated as (number of technical trial-manufacturing defective products / total number of defective products) * 100%). The total scrap rate is the sum of these three scrap rates. Furthermore, the proportion of scrap costs attributable to production processes and raw materials is calculated as (production process scrap rate + raw material-related scrap rate) / total scrap rate * 100%. This parameter reflects the impact of production process and raw material issues on the production of a single order, serving as a reference for management during department assessment and reward allocation, as well as a guidance for subsequent improvements by the production department, procurement department, and raw material testing center. Additionally, the IFS function is utilized to generate evaluation and improved decision-making suggestions for order assessment. Specifically, orders are rated as follows: "Excellent" for those with a scrap share <5%; "Good" for those with 5% ≤ scrap share <10%; "Qualified" for those with 10% ≤ scrap share <15%; orders with a scrap share ≥15% shall require the production department to provide explanations. Orders failing to provide reasonable justifications will be rated as "Unqualified".
