本数据集来源于国家重点研发计划“面向全价值链的一体化协同建模理论、技术与智能算法”课题研发过程,汇集2022—2025年间形成的测试数据、实验数据与模拟仿真数据。数据覆盖工程建造设计、生产、施工与运维全流程,空间范围涉及多类典型建筑与工程项目,空间精度达到毫米级工程应用要求。数据采集依托多家高校与科研机构及实际工程项目,采用统一流程与标准化格式,通过二维图纸—BIM模型—多格式输出的计算与转换方法生成CSC、IFC、GLTF、DXF等数据。全过程实施严格的设备校准、图模比对、版本管理与多端验证,实现高一致性与可追溯性质量控制。数据集总量约27GB,包含多种格式、多级分类结构,既可支持工程级应用验证、算法对比、系统测试及方法复现,并为跨阶段、跨专业协同研究、BIM数据跨格式转换、异构数据融合、智能建造分析及大场景渲染优化提供高质量基准,对推动智能建造理论研究和工程实践具有重要价值和应用意义。

This dataset originates from the research and development process of the project titled "Theories, Technologies and Intelligent Algorithms for Integrated Collaborative Modeling Across the Entire Value Chain" under the National Key R&D Program of China. It collects test data, experimental data and simulation data generated between 2022 and 2025. The dataset covers the entire lifecycle of engineering construction, including design, production, construction and operation & maintenance. Its spatial scope involves various typical buildings and engineering projects, and the spatial accuracy meets the millimeter-level requirements for engineering applications. The data collection is conducted in collaboration with multiple universities, research institutions and actual engineering projects, adopting unified procedures and standardized formats. Data in formats such as CSC, IFC, GLTF and DXF are generated through calculation and conversion workflows starting from 2D drawings, BIM models to multi-format outputs. Strict quality control measures including equipment calibration, drawing-model comparison, version management and multi-terminal verification are implemented throughout the entire process, ensuring high consistency and traceability of the dataset. The total size of the dataset is approximately 27 GB, which contains multiple data formats and a multi-level classification structure. It can support engineering-level application verification, algorithm comparison, system testing and method reproduction. Additionally, it provides high-quality benchmarks for cross-stage and cross-disciplinary collaborative research, BIM data cross-format conversion, heterogeneous data fusion, intelligent construction analysis and large-scale scene rendering optimization. This dataset has important academic value and practical application significance for promoting theoretical research and engineering practice of intelligent construction.
