Darwin Operator Symmetry Atlas (DOSA) - A comprehensive database of operator-defined symmetries in bacterial replicons. This dataset contains 24,090,832 window-level symmetry measurements across 959 bacterial replicons, analyzing circular sequence symmetries under the dihedral group Dn (rotations + reverse-complement reflection).
