List of infringements in force of the NATINF nomenclature

The file published below contains all the criminal, customs and tax offences in force listed in the NATINF nomenclature updated by the Directorate of Criminal Affairs and Graces of the Ministry of Justice. The list of offences is presented in several columns: — The number assigned to it in the nomenclature, — The simplified classification of the offence (a description of the conduct punishable in a maximum of 210 characters), — The nature of the offence (classification according to its gravity in the scale of penalties), — References to the articles defining the offence (conduct punishable), — References to the articles laying down the penalties (main and complementary) incurred. Since the codes and types of non-codified texts are abbreviated in the last two columns of the list of offences, a glossary presents the official wording corresponding to the mnemonics or abbreviations of the texts referred to in the first file, grouped into codes, non-codified national texts and non-codified international texts. The list of offences in force shall be updated quarterly; that of the types of texts is updated when a new code contains criminal provisions.
