The Ordinance on the Rissen 26 development plan of 27 October 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette page 281) is amended as follows:
1. In the drawings, the definition of "building land for public use" (municipality centre) is changed to the definition of "pure residential area". For this residential area, two full storeys (as a maximum) and the construction method "row houses" are fixed with a maximum floor area of 0.4 and a maximum floor area of 0.6.
2. The former single paragraph shall become § 1.
3. The following shall be inserted as a new § 2:
§ 2
The following provision applies to the execution of the development plan:
Additional local traffic areas may be required for the development of parcel 1552 of the Rissen district. Their exact location depends on the intended development. Upon application, they shall be determined in a decision pursuant to Section 14 of the Hamburg Ways Act in the version of 22 January 1974 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 41).

里森区1552号地块的开发可能需要增设局部交通用地,其具体区位取决于规划开发方案。经申请后,应根据1974年1月22日修订版《汉堡道路法》第14条(载于《汉堡法律与法规公报》第41页)的规定,通过行政决定确定该交通用地的具体范围与位置。
