低暗计数高探测效率超导纳米线单光子探测器指标测试

中科院上海微系统所SNSPD课题组面向“量子调控与量子信息”重点专项中量子通信领域等前沿应用的需求,开展低暗计数高探测效率超导纳米线单光子探测器研究。本数据集包含了本课题主要研究成果的原始数据、分析数据、及相关支撑数据的集合。具体为,达成项目指标的器件性能测量结果,由中国计量院出具的第三方测试数据及报告,高效率超导纳米线探测器设计、仿真及测量研究数据,光纤端面滤波抑制暗计数研究数据,多模暗计数抑制研究数据,以及高效率超导微米线探测器研究数据;支撑数据提供了相关的典型应用演示论文、用户证明、及本课题组发表的SCI论文及发明专利。本数据集数据量为480 MB。
The SNSPD Research Group, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, has carried out research on superconducting nanowire single-photon detectors (SNSPDs) with low dark count rate and high detection efficiency to address the demands of cutting-edge applications such as quantum communication under the Key Special Project of "Quantum Regulation and Quantum Information". This dataset is a collection of raw data, analyzed data and relevant supporting data from the main research achievements of this project. Specifically, it includes device performance measurement results that meet the project's indicators, third-party test data and reports issued by the China National Institute of Metrology (CNIM), research data on the design, simulation and measurement of high-efficiency superconducting nanowire detectors, research data on fiber end filtering for dark count suppression, research data on multi-mode dark count suppression, and research data on high-efficiency superconducting microwire detectors. The supporting data provides relevant typical application demonstration papers, user certificates, as well as SCI papers and invention patents published by this research group. The total size of this dataset is 480 MB.
