The law on the development plan Rahlstedt 45 of 3 March 1969 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt page 28) is amended as follows: 1. In the drawings, the definition of "building land for public use" (Altersheim) is changed to the definition of "pure residential area". For this residential area, a maximum of two-storey open construction is fixed, in which only single and semi-detached houses with no more than two apartments per building are allowed. 2. § 2 is replaced by the following: "The following provisions shall apply to the implementation of the development plan: 1. Garages below ground level are also permitted on the non-surmountable parts of building plots, provided that dormancy and gardens are not significantly impaired. 2. For the development of the pure residential area defined on plot 558, further local traffic areas are required. Their exact location depends on the intended development. They are manufactured in accordance with Section 125(2) of the Federal Building Act.
